Mrs. Geeta Lathkar
Founder & DIRECTOR
Dr. Geeta S. Lathkar is the Director of Mahatma Gandhi Mission’s College of Engineering in Nanded. With a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering and extensive expertise in CAD/CAE, she has published impactful research in international and national journals. Recognized with awards like the “Gold Medal” for best research paper and “Best Director of the Year,” Dr. Lathkar has demonstrated leadership as the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering. Her commitment to education is evident through her role as a Ph.D. guide and mentor to M.E. students.

Sudarshan Lathkar, the visionary Founder & CEO of SSIGMA, is a dynamic force in the realm of industrial innovation. Armed with a passion for engineering and a keen understanding of transformative technologies, he established SSIGMA in 2016 to gear up Indian Manufacturing Industries and Educational Institutes by providing access to SSIGMA’s established and running Highly Advance technology labs in Industrial Automation, Robotics, ADAS, Additive Manufacturing and with the help of Skill Gap Analysis tool developed by SSIGMA which identifies growth areas for facilitating targeted upskilling.

Meet Dr. H.G. Phakatkar, our EVP for Academic Services, bringing over 40 years of expertise to the forefront. With a rich background in Mechanical Design Engineering, Mechanical Vibrations, GD&T Techniques, and CAD/CAE Software, he’s been a stalwart in the field. Prof. Phakatkar has left an indelible mark with flagship projects like enhancing the speed of air compressors by 25% during his tenure at Kirloskar Pneumatic Co. Ltd., Pune. Currently serving as the Director at Prof. Phakatkar Engineering Academy, his core focus is on providing Academic Services to Engineering Colleges.

Mr. Atul Lapalikar
Mr. Atul Lapalikar, our EVP-Business Development for industrial services, is a dynamic leader with three decades of extensive experience in operations management, business excellence, supplier management, and quality management systems in the automotive and renewable energy sectors. He is a passionate technocrat, strategic planner, and expert trainer in Six Sigma and QMS with a fervor to coach and mentor his team. He has successfully led numerous Lean Six Sigma projects resulting in significant cost savings and waste elimination. Mr. Lapalikar has played a vital role with Toyota Japan on the DRDFM topic on behalf of BOSCH India.

Om Raut is a dynamic engineer bringing extensive expertise in the field of Industrial Robotics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Mechatronics, and Automation. A wizard in ABB Robotics, he plays a pivotal role in leading significant industrial projects pertaining to various robotic applications and the integration of Cobots with PLC systems. In addition to project execution, he actively engages in training initiatives, managing Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes, installation, and commissioning of I4.0-related equipment. Shabari Akolkar, our Application Engineer & Trainer with expertise in Electrical, Electronics, Sensorics, Basic PLC, Basic Robotics, and Digital Electronics. She played a pivotal role in R&D for Hach’s sensors, lab development, and project management during her academic career. Mrs. Akolkar spearheads our internship program, handles special assignments for academics, and excels in circuit design, component selection, and project assembly. Mr. Arnav Dakhane
Arnav Dakhane, our Application Engineer, is a versatile professional with expertise in CAD and CAE. While he has been instrumental in projects like developing a Fiber Extractor from Banana Pseudo stem, his skills extend beyond 3D Printing. Arnav is actively involved in concept designing, project manufacturing, RFQ and PO generation, vendor coordination, and client support. His contributions go beyond his core competencies, encompassing a range of responsibilities, including vendor development, providing technical support, and facilitating client visits to SSIGMA labs.
